What Our Clients Say

My BCs and I have been a members of Jump Agility for many years.  I joined a practice group with Trio when she was a beginner and later Jester started as well. Trio will be 12 years old in June 2015 and will retire from agility but Jester and I are having great fun in our weekly lessons with Kath.  My youngest BC, Kelly, is loving the puppy class.

Kathleen

Violinist and teacher at Beau Soleil Music Centre

Agility classes are a highlight for Pepper and I. We are challenged to learn to work as a team and often we both have smoke coming out of our ears! Kath is incredibly patient as she repeatedly explains and demonstrates excellent skills on a great variety of equipment. We have lots of fun!

HDE Foundation Phase

Lisa is the first dog that I have trained for agility from a puppy. We are learning invaluable foundation skills in a supportive and relaxed environment. Kath is a very accommodating and supportive trainer.

Owner of Lisa
Dolce and I have thoroughly enjoyed agility classes since she was 9 weeks old.  Kath’s warm informative classes are fun for both of us and we have found this form of training far more rewarding than puppy socializing classes we also attended.  I can really recommend these classes if both dog and owner each have at least half a brain and personally we think this form of training is brilliant for both your puppy and you. Having an obedient puppy in one’s life is really a plus and Dolce’s eagerness to get to classes on a Thursday morning are really endearing.  She is now almost 6 months old and loves daily going through her skills even if her mother is sometimes a bit slack!

A message from our coach

I started JUMP in 2006 with a few friends, some basic equipment and lots of enthusiasm. I am extremely proud of the club we have today, a place for handlers and dogs to have fun and excel in the dog sport of agility. My focus as a teacher is to help dogs exceed their handlers expectations! And to encourage handlers to create learning opportunities during every interaction with their dogs
